Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s from a top‑tier school required.
10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO experience.
2–3 years in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting.
Strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and drive process improvements.
Low ego, collaborative leadership style aligned with a mission‑driven culture.
Responsibilities
Build and scale FP&A team; implement advanced forecasting and reporting tools.
Establish Treasury Management function and enhance cash forecasting.
Oversee accounting operations, including payroll billing and tax compliance.
Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
Support board reporting (minimal fundraising/M&A involvement).
