Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps that support business objectives and digital transformation.
Lead cross-functional teams and strategic projects to ensure coherence across business, application, data, and technology domains.
Evaluate current architecture to identify gaps and opportunities for modernization, rationalization, simplification, and innovation.
Ensure architectural compliance across all IT projects and initiatives.
Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy, including data governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management.
Oversee the integration of data platforms and APIs to ensure consistency and accessibility across systems.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify data needs and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Serve as a thought leader on AI/ML, cloud architecture, and emerging technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of data frameworks that support automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning.
Partner with senior executives to align technology investments with strategic priorities.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Present architecture and data strategy updates to executive leadership and governance boards.
Lead a high-performing team of enterprise architects and data professionals.
Mentor and coach team members to develop technical and leadership capabilities.
Travel: approximately 20%.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data strategy, or related IT leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide strategic architecture and data initiatives.
Experience with SAP, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and integration technologies.
Competencies
Strategic thinking and vision-setting.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and data governance models.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive change and influence across organizational boundaries.
