Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Overview We are looking for a litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our firm! The successful candidate will work on complex litigation issues, develop strategies, and represent clients in court. It is a permanent position requiring a strong background in litigation, with a particular focus on motions and strategy.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
Interact with clients to provide advice and counsel on litigation strategies.
Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Develop litigation strategies and evaluate findings to develop case theories and defenses.
Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes in favor of the client.
Supervise and delegate work to paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members.
Maintain awareness and understanding of current changes in law and the legal landscape.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
Active member of the MA State Bar in good standing.
Proven experience with motions and strategy in litigation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage various projects in a busy environment.
Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research tools.
High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court.
