The Role We're hiring for a position that is at the heart of building the company. This role goes beyond filling roles, as your mission will be to:
Build a repeatable, high-quality hiring engine
Improve hiring speed, consistency, and candidate experience
Lay the foundation for our future culture and employer brand visibility
You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process across the company, and work closely with the
CEO
and hiring managers to bring in the right people, at the right time. This is a
builder role , ideal for someone who wants to shape not just who we hire, but how we grow.
Your Responsibilities You own
end-to-end recruitment
across all departments
✅
Source and hire top talent proactively:
Build and manage a pipeline of candidates across functions and levels, with a focus on outbound sourcing and consistent funnel quality.
✅
Own and improve our ATS and candidate workflow:
Ensure candidate progress is tracked clearly, timelines are met, and the hiring process is data-driven and well-documented.
✅
Run structured first-round interviews:
Define interview formats and assess candidates in a consistent, structured way, reducing hiring bias and improving quality of hire.
✅
Standardize hiring best practices across teams:
Create and maintain scorecards, job ad templates, interview rubrics, and decision‑making frameworks for hiring managers.
✅
Track and report recruitment KPIs:
Own key metrics like time‑to‑hire, funnel conversion rates, and quality of hire – and act on insights to improve every month.
✅
Coordinate onboarding & handoff:
Ensure every new hire is welcomed and integrated smoothly, with handoff to HR/admin and a consistent onboarding experience.
✅ Over time, contribute to
employer branding ,
partnerships , and
referral initiatives .
What We're Looking For
✔️
3 to 6 years
of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
✔️ Proven
sourcing and interviewing skills
✔️ Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and seniority levels (sales experience is a big plus)
✔️ Highly
organized ,
analytical , and
process-driven
✔️ Fluent in
English
and either
French or Dutch
(ideally all three)
✔️ A mindset of
excellence , not "good enough"
✔️ Motivated by
getting stuff done
