About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead commercial activities across the European Economic Area, including the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland. You will lead our commercial strategy and drive growth through partnerships and key client development, working alongside institutional teams focused on professional and enterprise clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe aligning with business growth objectives.
Formulate revenue strategy and optimisation based on OKX product offerings in Europe.
Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to overall strategic direction.
Lead partnership work in Europe by identifying the right partners and negotiating agreements.
Manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and key clients ensuring positive customer experience.
Drive cross‑functional focus on customer outcomes, value, and experience.
Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and related business areas.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in crypto or traditional finance sectors with significant leadership experience.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data, and indices in the European crypto and finance regulatory environments (MiCA, MiFID).
Highly sociable, confident, and commercially‑minded communicator.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
>Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
Nice to Have
Native level fluency in German, French, or Dutch in addition to fluent English.
Bonus points for prior work at a crypto exchange.
Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto space.
