In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the success of Estuary’s dinner service, keeping a sharp focus on service standards and guest experiences. This position will report directly to the Director of Restaurants, and will be crucial in establishing and maintaining Estuary’s position as an essential DC dining experience. You will also be responsible for in‑room dining operations while on duty, ensuring adherence to the standards set out by the Forbes Travel Guide.
Named Hilton’s Luxury Hotel of the Year for 2022, the Forbes 4‑Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in‑room dining.

Pay Rate:
Annual salary range $70,000 – $75,000 based on experience and location.

What will I be doing?
Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Ensures high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
