Description
Lead all phases of project management from planning to completion
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and logistics
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance goals
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
Oversee procurement and contract administration
Represent the company professionally in client‑facing interactions
Profile
10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a PM role
Proven success managing ground‑up projects valued at $10M+
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
