As we continue to grow across digital marketplaces, we’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Specialist to lead our multi‑channel e‑commerce strategy and accelerate our online business growth.

Position Summary The Senior E-Commerce Specialist will manage and scale Rowan Appliance’s digital sales ecosystem across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus Marketplace, and other emerging channels.

You’ll drive growth through data‑driven strategies, marketplace optimization, advertising management, and cross‑functional collaboration — helping Rowan Appliance expand its digital footprint and customer reach.

E‑Commerce Operations & Growth

Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and other key marketplaces.

Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with a focus on SEO, conversion, and content quality.

Identify and launch new or trending e‑commerce channels to expand Rowan’s digital reach.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

Plan and execute advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, Google, and other digital ad platforms.

Analyze ad performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion) and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on product launches, promotions, and content alignment.

Inventory Management & Forecasting

Forecast demand and maintain balanced inventory levels across all platforms.

Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time fulfillment and avoid stockouts or overstock.

Analyze sell‑through data and recommend adjustments for improved efficiency and profitability.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and profitability.

Prepare monthly business reports with clear insights and growth recommendations.

Track competitor trends, pricing strategies, and promotional performance to inform future strategy.

Qualifications Required

5+ years of e‑commerce experience managing multi‑channel operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop).

Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, TikTok Seller Center, and marketplace management tools.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Solid understanding of digital advertising, marketplace SEO, and product optimization.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Results‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Preferred

Experience in home appliance, electronics, or consumer product categories.

Demonstrated success scaling sales on TikTok Shop and Amazon through creative promotions and bundles.

Experience managing inventory forecasting in coordination with supply chain teams.

Familiarity with content optimization, cross‑sell/upsell strategies, and promotional tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
