Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in setting and communicating strategic priorities across disciplines: Subsurface, Wells, Facilities, Procurement, HSES, Quality, Permitting, and support functions Ensure integration and consistency across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases Implement HSES and Quality policies and integrate compliance checks into technical workflows Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement Lead discipline integration for stage gate and assurance processes Deliver key multi‑discipline integration activities and outcomes Align technical and commercial inputs in procurement processes Drive lessons learned implementation across disciplines Translate technical needs into system requirements and vice versa Analyze data and performance trends to inform recommendations Resolve problems and implement sustainable improvements Optimize tools, workflows, and business processes Promote simplification and standardization across technical and operational domains Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analysis Qualifications
Education: MSc in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas EPC projects Minimum 5 years in project integration or systems engineering management Strong background in systems engineering and project management Multidisciplinary understanding: subsurface, drilling & wells, facilities Experience with digital oilfield technologies and data platforms Offshore field experience preferred Strategic thinking and delivery focus Strong collaboration and influence across levels Effective communication and stakeholder management Proficient in English (written & spoken) Spanish proficiency is a plus
