Also required is a strong understanding of disaster recovery processes, DNS/DHCP management, and patch management prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ticketing and monitoring systems is also necessary.
KeyResponsibilities: Active Directory to EntraTransition:
Plan and execute the migration process fromon-premiseAD to Entra.
Assess the current Active Directorysetupand understand dependencies.
Configure hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect. - Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure data integrity.
Windows Server UtilizationManagement:
Diagnose and resolve 100%utilizationissues on SAN-connected file servers in Windows 2019/2022.
Analyze performance bottlenecks andoptimizeresource allocation.
Implement best practices for storage management and monitoring.
Entra AD PrivilegeImplementation:
Set up and manage Entra AD role-based access control (RBAC).
Establishleast privilege access policies.
Conduct regular audits of permissions and access rights.
Conditional AccessConfiguration:
Implement and manage conditional access policies in Entra AD.
Define and enforce session controls based on organizational security policies.
CloudExperience:
Demonstratedexperience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Proficient in deploying and managing cloud-based applications and services.
DisasterRecovery:
Design andmaintaincomprehensive disaster recovery plans.
Set up and manage backup processes to ensure data recovery integrity.
Conduct regular disaster recovery tests to verify readiness.
DNS/DHCP Setup andManagement:
Configure andmaintainDNS and DHCP services.
Ensure high availability and redundancy of DNS services.
PatchManagement:
Develop andmaintaina patch management schedule.
Prioritize security patches tomaintainsystem integrity.
Ticketing andMonitoring:
Utilizeticketing systems to log and track IT requests (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools.

Stay updatedwith industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Windows server environments.
In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Office 365 and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of network security practices and tools.
Experience in backup and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
