Working in interdisciplinary teams, you’ll get to see the bigger picture and build a strong network. Afterwards, we will continue to invest in your sound training and further education, for example, with soft and hard skills workshops or our high potential program JUMP. The global EY network is behind us and supports us. We draw on the knowledge and technology of the entire EY organization, thereby complementing our competencies and opportunities. What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime Our customers appreciate our collaborative, practical consulting approach. As a consultant (f/m/d) in the field of risk management, you enable companies to cope with current and future challenges. You will gradually develop into an expert (f/m/d) in selected topics of risk management and supervisory law. In projects, you can expect the following tasks, among others, after comprehensive training:
Support in the implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements as well as ensuring internal and external reporting
Governance related to data, interfaces, processes, and methods
Preparation of business analyses, process optimizations and IT interfaces related to risk management
Management and design of functional requirements for IT
Professional support for solutions for digitalization
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
A good university degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or comparable business-related disciplines
A high affinity for business and IT-related contexts
The ability to work independently and in a structured manner
A pronounced ability to grasp complex issues, confident demeanor and assertiveness
A pronounced analytical and holistic way of thinking
The ability to take different perspectives and to handle complex issues as a team
