As a
Lead Installer
for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will play key role to the safe and efficient completion of a window and door installation project. The Lead Installer takes the lead on all aspects of a project, from initial protection of the home to final trim and finish work while closing the project out.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the Installation team including ongoing training for new teammates.
Responsible for enforcing safety standards and equipment including appropriate PPE.
Perform pre project walk through and final walkthrough with customers to provide clarity with product knowledge, warranties, and services.
Setup of carpet guard, ram board, tarps or other protective materials inside the home.
Practice safe and efficient demolition to minimally impact interior and exterior finish work of home.
Preparation of windows and doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning.
Ensuring first time completion and collecting final payment.
Working in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 5 years of experience working in construction, a trade, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience with window and door installations or carpentry.
Ability to complete Path to Lead Capstone Performance of Skillsets.
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
Valid US driver’s license required.
