Vice President of Finance & Accounting
to lead financial strategy, performance, and operations across our Americas business. This executive will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), serving as a key strategic partner to the President of the Americas and the global CFO.
Our client is experiencing strong, steady growth — with plans to double in size over the next three years. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on financial leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution and build scalable systems that support sustainable expansion.
What You’ll Do
Lead all accounting, FP&A, and financial operations across the Americas region.
Oversee P&L performance and long‑term financial planning.
Develop and mentor a high‑performing team of finance professionals.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support data‑driven decisions.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and scalable processes for growth.
Partner with auditors, regulators, and leadership to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Advise senior executives on financial strategy, investments, and resource allocation.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support business unit integration and ensure alignment across the organization.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business;
MBA or CPA preferred.
7+ years
of progressive finance leadership experience, including controllership and FP&A.
Proven success leading teams in both large, structured organizations and fast-growth environments.
Experience in both
public and private companies; Private Equity experience a plus.
Background in regulated industries — medical device or healthcare preferred.
Prior
Big 4
experience strongly preferred.
Skilled in building and scaling financial systems, improving performance, and driving strategy.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with executive presence.
