As Faculty, You’ll Contribute To:
Teaching anesthesia‑specific content in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings
Developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum in alignment with COA standards and evidence‑based practice
Mentoring students and guiding Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) projects
Supporting clinical site development and maintaining strong partnerships with clinical affiliates
Participating in accreditation maintenance and continuous program improvement
Contributing to student admissions, evaluation, and academic advisement
Maintaining student records in compliance with COA and NBCRNA requirements
Holding regular office hours and engaging in College of Nursing service activities

Qualifications Required
Current, active, unencumbered Nevada CRNA license
Certification as CRNA through NBCRNA (National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists)
Minimum three years of clinical experience providing direct patient care as a CRNA with demonstrated knowledge, competence, and experience in the specialty
Doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline from an accredited institution OR willingness to enroll in Roseman's DNPNA program (tuition fully covered)
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
Preferred
Teaching experience at the postsecondary level
Experience with curriculum development or clinical education
Leadership experience in clinical or academic settings
