About the Role
A leading real estate investment firm specializing in infrastructure assets is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Acquisitions team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven individual who’s eager to start a career in real estate, commercial real estate, or investment firms.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching and identifying qualified, accurate ownership data for telecom and infrastructure lease assets across the U.S. You’ll work closely with the Acquisitions and Marketing teams to ensure that outreach efforts are backed by precise, high-quality data — directly contributing to the company’s growth.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position that offers exposure to the business side of real estate investing and acquisitions, ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and turning data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile accurate property and ownership information for telecom and infrastructure lease assets nationwide
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads to support the Acquisitions team’s prospecting and outreach efforts
- Analyze large datasets to verify accuracy, detect patterns, and improve lead quality
- Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with current and reliable information
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance data collection, reporting, and lead generation processes
- Use Excel and other data tools to organize, clean, and analyze datasets efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in data research, analytics, or a related role (internships welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM or database systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
