What To Expect

Every day is a little different for our Administrative Office Assistant, as you support multiple aspects of our chiropractic practice and help out wherever needed. You cover for staff members who call in sick, skillfully performing various duties to keep our office productive and efficient. Assisting leaders and directors, your responsibilities include training and onboarding new hires as well as regularly updating clerical processes and training materials. You verify data entry accuracy, oversee the work of virtual assistants, help with chiropractic assessments, and provide technical troubleshooting support. You're motivated to help us improve and elevate our operations, and you shadow around the office to identify what's going well and what needs work. With a positive and professional attitude, you help motivate your clerical team and maintain an uplifting environment for patients!
