Qualities & Requirements

• At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience
• One (1) year of bartending experience
• Flexible availability to work mid shifts, PM shifts, holidays and weekends
• Comfortable working with computers for cashiering duties
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
• Current TABC and Food Handlers certification
• Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least eight (8) hours
• Ability to carry at least 5–10 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in the restaurant, take orders and serve in a friendly manner.
• Greet guests approaching the bar, take food and beverage orders, mix alcoholic beverages, and serve hospitably.
• Quality check food and ensure orders meet guests’ expectations.
• Set up the bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and bar and perform required opening and closing side‑work duties.
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns and complaints regarding orders and dining experience.
