Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a versatile UKG Pro WFM specialist with deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM including Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals, along with functional integration support and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer (CRT functional builds). This position will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our UKG Pro WFM application to support evolving business needs and ensure seamless workforce management operations. Additionally, this role will mentor our Application Managed Services (AMS) support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues, continuous improvement of system performance, and alignment with best practices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist across various workstreams in our ongoing Workforce Management (WFM) implementations. Key Accountabilities
UKG PRO APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT:
Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to support processes and procedures. UKG PRO APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT:
Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases. USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT:
Trains new staff on UKG Pro WFM modules and develops debugging and support guides. APPLICATION SUPPORT:
Conducts complex technical support activities to deliver business outcomes. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals. INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT:
Leads prioritization of incident tickets and user requests. VENDOR MANAGEMENT:
Manages relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, typically 5 or more years. Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with UKG Pro WFM implementations and steady state UKG Pro Timekeeping Certified Hands-on expertise in UKG Pro modules including Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals Experience with Agile project management Short Description
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year unless otherwise lawfully provided. The expected salary range is $100,000 - $145,000, depending on factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience.
