In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records, including general ledger data, payroll, cost allocations, vendor and debt payments, and shareholder services. You will oversee critical functions such as billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices and ensure smooth financial transactions. The Vice President will manage payroll and incentive compensation systems, act as the primary contact for external audits, and ensure compliance with all accounting laws and regulations. Candidates should possess proven proficiency in accounting software systems, particularly ADP - Financial Services, and familiarity with BlackLine software. A strong command of Concur and CRM systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of accounting functions, experience in accounts payable management, and strong auditing background. You will also play a crucial role in budget management and the development and maintenance of departmental policies to uphold financial discipline.
