The successful candidate will be a relationship-first leader, responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, including national, regional, and local health plans. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, retention, renewal, and referenceability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive relationship management, be adept at identifying and executing expansion opportunities, and possess the ability to lead strategic account planning and business reviews. Deep expertise in health plans, particularly in government programs, is essential, and a history of consistent sales quota achievement and successful multi-year expansion deals is required. Applicants for the Director position should have a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with at least 7 years of overall healthcare experience, while those applying for the VP role should have 7-10+ years in senior account management or strategic account leadership. The role demands a professional with a strong command and executive presence, capable of leading strategic conversations with C-suite executives. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, with a rigorous approach to client health monitoring and risk mitigation. A background in a high-performance, value-driven culture is a plus, and experience within a health plan organization is considered advantageous.
