The Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and the broader legal team. This role requires strong research, organizational, and communication skills to ensure accurate preparation of legal documents, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and timely support of legal matters. Responsibilities

Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and compile findings to support case preparation and decision-making. Maintain and organize case files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies. Assist with due diligence, discovery, and trial preparation. Support attorneys in managing litigation, regulatory filings, and corporate governance matters. Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external counsel to coordinate legal activities. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts or government agencies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field (certificate in paralegal studies preferred). 2–5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
