Job Overview
We’re an estate planning/elder-law boutique in Oviedo, focused 100% on wills, trusts, probate/administration, elder law, guardianship, etc. Our team values accuracy, integrity, client care, and producing work that makes a difference.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare estate and trust administration documents, inventories, filings, accountings, and probate petitions.
Coordinate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, courts, and outside vendors (appraisers, title, banks).
Review and analyze trust instruments, wills, codicils, amendments.
Facilitate communication among attorneys, clients, and third parties.
Assist in client intake, document collection, and organizing supporting materials.
Maintain tracking systems, deadlines, case files, and docket calendars.
Oversee routine trust distributions under supervision.
Handle related elder‑law tasks that tie into estates, guardianships, etc.
Qualifications
3+ years in probate and trust administration (full cycle).
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
Able to interpret trust and estate documents.
Experience coordinating with courts, fiduciaries, banks, appraisers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Florida probate practice is a plus.
