Manage calendars, deadlines, and case timelines.
Analyze and summarize medical records and billing statements.
Extract critical details from investigative reports (e.g., police, surveillance, agency documents).
Prepare case files for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Draft pleadings and legal documents for attorney review.
File and serve legal documents in compliance with local court rules.
Ensure adherence to county‑specific and judge‑specific procedures.
Provide general litigation support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable and trustworthy with confidential information.
Background in insurance defense or civil litigation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using ProLaw or similar legal software.
