Job summary This Real Estate Paralegal will be a key driver of our lease buyout initiative. You will be responsible for a wide range of real estate matters, including: Real Estate Contract Documentation:
Create, revise, and manage real estate documents. Title Review and Due Diligence:
Order and review title reports, working to resolve title issues necessary for transaction closing. Resolve project due diligence. Research:
General research and analysis of real estate issues. Key characteristics to be successful in this role Proficiency in drafting standard real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents. Ability to review and analyze complex real estate contracts and transaction documents. Experience in managing and closing real estate transactions, including title and due diligence processes.
