Job Overview LABUSA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and upbeat individual passionate about graphic design, video production, and photography. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company by delivering high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual assets for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and internal communications using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content. Responsibilities include site selection, camera setup, lighting, audio, and post-production.

Enhance video content with effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Collaborate cross-functionally to define creative objectives and develop visually engaging presentations aligned with company branding.

Capture and edit professional-grade photographs for events, marketing campaigns, and other internal/external needs.

Retouch and organize digital photo assets using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Maintain an organized digital library for efficient media access and use.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, video production, and photography.

Communicate project updates and needs clearly to team members.

Ensure all media is optimized for digital and print delivery.

Provide creative support to the Marketing Team on various projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience demonstrating strong design and multimedia skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to pass a background check.

Availability for occasional on-site work and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and online editing platforms.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.

Familiarity with SEO and how it integrates with digital content (desired, not required).
