Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated
Events Assistant
to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. This position plays a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of corporate and private events. Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for events including venue setup, catering, and vendor communication
Support the Event Manager in day-to-day project planning and execution
Maintain detailed event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and inventory management
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event presentations and guest experiences
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong sense of professionalism and client service
