Acara Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity available in Magnolia, TX. 77354. $17/hr. payrate. Medical/Dental/Health benefits. Paid holidays and PTO.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with billing, service setup, and account inquiries
Guide customers through services, troubleshoot issues, and log interactions
De-escalate issues and provide professional, empathetic support
Coordinate with internal teams and elevate when necessary
Stay up to date on company products, systems, and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
Professional under pressure with high-volume call experience
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools
Quick to adapt and remain calm in high-stress situations
