Location: Clearwater, FL
Job Summary Help scale Revenue Growth Management as a strategic analytics and consulting partner to drive profitable growth across channels through smart pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies. Typical work includes price elasticity analyses, promotional ROI, light financial modeling, discrete choice modeling (Conjoint), and syndicated data analysis. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, operations, and digital teams to turn insights into action. Experience from e‑commerce and pure players is valued as a complement to our foundation, but the role spans all channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with cross‑functional teams to shape data‑driven pricing, promotion, and mix strategies across channels
Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations and compelling stories for stakeholders and leadership
Execute elasticity analyses, measure promo performance, and build light financial scenarios to guide price ladders and promo guardrails
Support test‑and‑learn (A/Bs, holdouts) and build dashboards that track impact and inform iteration
Contribute to relationship building across teams and help upskill partners on RGM principles
Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and category/channel dynamics
Experience, Competencies & Physical Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics/Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in RGM, pricing, promotions, consulting, or commercial analytics within consumer goods, beauty, or retail
Understanding of consumer‑focused pricing and product financials; experience with elasticity modeling and promo effectiveness preferred
Comfortable with light financial modeling (margin waterfalls, scenario planning)
Experience working across marketing, sales, finance, operations, and/or digital teams
Exposure to primary research and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is helpful
E‑commerce/pure‑player experience is a plus and seen as additive, not required
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and project management skills
Proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint is a plus
Nice to have: Conjoint analysis, marketplace pricing tools, digital measurement/attribution
