We are currently seeking an experienced New Construction Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in our Summerville office. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC Notary certificate required.

Detail Oriented : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Motivation : Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization. Education : Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or a related field. Experience : 1–3 years in real estate or a demonstrated interest in learning real estate legal practices.
