We aim to advance the quality and availability of chiropractic care in the wellness industry. Location: Bloomington, MN Role type: Part Time; Float role covering Thursday, Friday and Saturdays Pay: $18-$20/hr + BONUS Responsibilities
Greet members and patients upon arrival; check them in to see the Chiropractor Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Provide excellent service to members and patients Educate patients on wellness offerings and services; share personal chiropractic experiences as appropriate Present and sell memberships and visit packages; uphold the franchise’s sales goals Meet and communicate effectively with members and patients; maintain positive relationships with team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and workspace Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients Prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Provide accurate transactions using point-of-sale software and ensure patient accounts are current Collaborate with others to achieve team goals; support franchise policies and direction Confidently present health and wellness options and drive memberships Be willing to learn and grow; accept constructive feedback Office management or marketing experience is a plus Able to stand and/or sit for long periods; able to lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic’s core values: TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) At least one year of previous sales experience Strong phone and computer skills Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and services Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds About The Joint Chiropractic
