Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch; serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Participate in a structured program to master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must have 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience. Leadership could include involvement in organizations/clubs, volunteering, athletics, or military service.
Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
