Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and will engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business. You’ll learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on putting customers first. Bachelor’s degree required. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in one of the following areas: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations Must have a valid driver’s license. Drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment. More than 3 moving violations on your driving record in the last 3 years will disqualify you from employment. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
