Under direct supervision, provide quality service to customers and promote sales of bank services and products. Deliver 5 Points of Service to internal and external customers (Your Community Banker, Sundown Rule, It\'s your time, 24 hrs or bust, Statement of fact, everybody makes a difference). Adhere to QIS standards minimum 95% and maintain superior customer service standards. Make outbound service or sales calls via telephone and written correspondence as directed by CSM. Resolve customer problems and inquiries to maintain high service standards. Meets goal of $110/FTE per month on average; assist CSM with internal sales activity for new product and service referrals; provide coverage for operations and platform activities; cross-sell appropriate products and services. Contribute to key initiatives and support branch operations under the direction of the CSM; may include processing Branch Capture, certifications, cash shipments, and balancing ATM/Vault. Adhere to branch security procedures; complete regulatory tutorials; respond to audit questions; coach/train staff; meet attendance guidelines; support teller line coverage and daily operational tasks. Qualifications
Good customer relations and basic math skills are required. Promotional Guidelines
BSO\'s are eligible for promotion based on specified criteria including six months in current position, performance criteria met, no counseling within six months, and satisfactory performance appraisal. Physical Demands
Willing to use hands to operate computers and office equipment; able to communicate effectively; stand/walk for extended periods; may lift up to 25 pounds; vision requirements apply. Work Environment
Office environment with occasional duties outside typical office setting; potential exposure to moving parts; moderate noise level. Seniority level
