Front Desk Coordinator (Client Success Coordinator) | Lola Hair Studio, Cambridge, MA

Lola Hair Studio is looking for an energetic, take‑charge front desk coordinator who thrives in a busy salon environment. You'll manage the guest experience from arrival to checkout while keeping operations running smoothly. This role is fast‑paced, physical, and requires you to be on your feet all day, juggling multiple tasks and interacting with clients constantly. If you stay calm under pressure and love making people feel welcome, you'll do great here.
What You’ll Do
Greet every guest warmly and manage their entire salon experience
Book appointments, handle check‑ins/check‑outs, and keep the schedule flowing
Proactively recommend services, promotions, and products based on client needs
Encourage rebooking and help clients maintain their hair goals
Keep the front desk and salon organized and welcoming throughout the day
Support stylists by anticipating needs and maintaining smooth operations
Contribute to salon goals around sales, rebooking, and client retention
Identify ways to improve guest experience and salon operations
You're the Right Fit If You
Have 1‑2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (salon/spa experience a plus)
Take ownership and look for ways to elevate what we do—not just complete tasks
Stay organized and positive when managing multiple priorities at once
Are comfortable starting sales conversations and promoting what we offer
Take initiative without being asked—you see what needs doing and do it
Love talking to people and creating memorable experiences
Can handle being on your feet for full shifts
Are detail‑oriented and don’t let things fall through the cracks
