Responsibilities include maintaining workflows, fostering a positive work environment, supporting staff development, and Tribal employment initiatives. Key Responsibilities Production & Quality Operations: Oversee roasting and packaging, ensuring quality and efficiency. Manage equipment and facilities. Improve inventory, supply chain, and safety systems. Team Management: Hire, train, and develop team members, focusing on Tribal members. Mentor staff and promote a positive workplace culture. Provide feedback and handle hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Business Development & Sales: Develop strategies for wholesale and food service growth. Plan and distribute RTD beverages. Explore retail locations and partnerships. Attend trade shows and pursue co-packing deals. Marketing & Brand Strategy: Collaborate on branding and marketing efforts. Contribute to packaging, campaigns, and customer education. Support DTC and loyalty programs. Financial & Strategic Planning: Assist in pricing, sales targets, and cost management. Develop budgets and forecasts. Report on sales and market opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related; relevant experience may suffice. 5+ years in coffee roasting or beverage leadership. Experience in business development (wholesale, RTD, retail). Knowledge of specialty coffee industry. Leadership skills and team management experience. Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills. Excellent communication. Proficient with Microsoft Office and production software. Ability to travel, valid driver’s license, and eligibility for UIDCC Driver Program. Seniority level
