Lead Performance Services, Innovation

As a Performance Services Lead within the NSRL, you will act as the link between the Research Lab and Sports Marketing to support the performance services offered to Nike’s elite level teams and athletes. You will also carry out sports science research in both the NSRL and field settings to help advance athlete performance knowledge and practices in elite sport and provide key insights for product solutions across the footwear, apparel, equipment, and digital innovation teams. This role will require an appropriate level of sports science and/or applied human performance knowledge and research capability. It will also require extensive experience working with elite athletes and interdisciplinary staff in a high-performance setting.
