We’re seeking aCustomer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for our insurance clients. In this role, you’ll assist with policy servicing, claims support, and day-to-day client communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify additional coverage needs from within our existing client base—providing well-rounded protection and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care Assist with policy updates, changes, billing questions, and claims-related follow-up Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is kept up to date Identify opportunities to improve client protection by offering additional coverage options Work closely with licensed team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience Expand into additional sales support duties over time, based on performance and interest What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus) Willingness to engage in product conversations and identify client needs with confidence Licensing Requirements: This role requires activeProperty & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. If you're not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain them within a specified timeframe. Licensing assistance may be provided to qualified candidates.
