Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Financial Advisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into practice with an existing client base. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, delivering financial advice, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission and the potential to transition into a full commission‑based advisor role.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to an established book of approximately 100 households.
Build trust and deepen relationships through regular client communication and portfolio reviews.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding client relationships and increasing assets under management.
Collaborate with internal team members and support staff to ensure seamless client service.
Stay informed on industry trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Series 65 preferred.
Life and Health Insurance license preferred.
2+ years of experience in a client‑facing financial advisory role (strongly preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal‑oriented with a passion for helping others succeed financially.
Self‑motivated, organized, and committed to ethical financial practice.
Compensation & Benefits
Established book of 100+ households.
Base salary plus commission.
Mentorship and professional development.
Clear path for advancement to a full Financial Advisor position (commission‑based).

Work Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
