Drywall Estimator/Project Manager

delivering high-quality construction services throughout the East Coast – from the southeastern and mid‑Atlantic regions to New England. The team specializes in
drywall, masonry, concrete and masonry restoration, structural strengthening, building envelope restoration, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10) .
Primary Responsibilities
Interpret plans and specifications to prepare detailed written proposals and bids.
Maintain knowledge of
local material, labor, and equipment costs
to ensure accurate estimating.
Stay current on all relevant
local, city, and state building codes
in assigned regions.
Manage and mentor project engineers and assistant estimators to support team growth and development.
Continuously expand knowledge of all product lines, including
drywall, acoustical systems, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10) .
