About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead automation and manufacturing system projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects while managing cross‑functional teams, customer relationships, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. What You’ll Do
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and site visits with professionalism Review proposals, scope, and costing to identify risks and ensure alignment with capabilities Define project teams, allocate resources, and manage both internal and external contributors Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools Provide technical input to support conceptual design, feasibility, and cost analysis Motivate and guide project teams to stay on track and within budget Lead project kickoffs, design reviews, and progress meetings Prepare and distribute project reports for leadership and customers Ensure milestones are met, including invoicing triggers Uphold safety standards and create a collaborative, accountable project culture What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of project management experience in
automation or manufacturing systems Proven experience working in a
matrix management environment Strong leadership, organization, and conflict resolution skills Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and specifications Proficiency with project management and scheduling software Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 per year
