Job Description eDiscovery Program Manager
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Executive‑Level

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast‑paced and hard‑working team to assist with any legal accounts. As an eDiscovery Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio and helping to solve the government’s most dynamic problems with cutting‑edge technology. The role requires a highly motivated, collaborative professional who is excited to contribute to government innovation and can anticipate the needs of others.
Responsibilities
Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support, including oversight of staff scheduling, daily time entry, and performance/ personnel issues.
Coordinate all administrative activities for new contract staff with FBI security, IT, and other administrative units.
Manage client expectations and deliverables, communicating clearly and timely with clients.
Initiate process improvement initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical and eDiscovery subject‑matter expertise to support the full life‑cycle management of the program’s resources.
Assist with the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks, and develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenance, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or other industry‑recognized review platform processes.
Oversee and monitor system administration of Microsoft Exchange 2019/2022, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP.
Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS), and network architecture.
Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements and priorities as identified by OGC Leadership.
Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary.
Prepare, review, and submit required reports, communicating policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Document all tasks, manage schedules, and maintain a qualified certified contractor workforce to meet government needs.
