What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive regulatory compliance requirements through the employer's products and solutions as part of a Government Programs team
Analyze market opportunities and financial justifications for new products and releases
Identify and adapt plans to address risk and compliance challenges
Recommend policy changes to ensure compliance with regulatory environments
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project compliance and timeliness
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong knowledge of the Life Cycle of a Pharmacy and/or Medical Claim
Strong knowledge of Health Plan and Claim Processor responsibilities
Experience with Government Programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
Experience in customer service to health plans
Leadership skills including communication, motivation, engagement, and problem‑solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven ability to build and lead teams effectively
Deep expertise in regulatory compliance and product strategy
Strong understanding of business and financial drivers in the healthcare sector
