Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems Operate independently with minimal supervision Develop customer relations and identify sales opportunities Manage truck inventory responsibly Complete documentation accurately and timely Utilize tools and techniques for system installation and repair Identify, troubleshoot, and repair system components Serve as a mentor and lead HVAC/R PM programs Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; HVAC-R Technical School Degree preferred 7 years of experience or 5 years with certification Valid Driver’s License, EPA 608 Certification Physical ability to perform job duties Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills Benefits
