Job Description
The position will support Oncology-Rinat R&D clinical disciplines at the Rinat (South San Francisco) location. The role is to take start-to-finish accountability for all administrative aspects of business processes for the EODCR team. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must. Duties include: Document management, making travel arrangements for the department, expense reporting, scheduling meetings/calendar management, and supply ordering. May perform other related duties as assigned by management (e.g., maintain document management databases, recruiting support, coordinate internal and external meetings, resolve IT/HR issues, etc.). Demonstrating verbal and written communication skills, initiative, planning and organizational skills, flexibility, judgment, ability to interface with all levels of management, multi-tasking abilities, customer service skills, and excellent attention to detail (particularly under high pressure). Independently planning and executing work to meet assigned project objectives. Able to prioritize/balance own tasks and activities in relation to project team needs. Working in a variety of Pharmaceutical systems necessary to provide Clinical program support to the Clinical team at Rinat. Completing recurring assignments independently and selecting the most appropriate method or approach to do so within prescribed limits of authority. Taking personal responsibility for the quality of work that impacts project/team/department. Interfacing with all levels of staff and senior executives while maintaining tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Working effectively with the global administrative team to achieve group objectives and support standardized global practices. Leading, directing, and performing the coordination of projects and multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Demonstrating discretion and good judgment in communication (written, verbal, and listening), and exercising customer service skills while managing up. Maintaining a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, along with an understanding of working in a global organization. Ability to negotiate SharePoint (web-based document storage tool) is an advantage. Being a fast learner and comfortable with web-based programs, learning, and systems. Qualifications
At least 5 years of clinical project assistant experience required.
