WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Service Project Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on VENU+ products. You will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined, and willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather.

Job Summary

The Service Project Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on VENU+ products. You will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined, and willing to work indoors and outdoors in inclement weather.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs maintenance and preventive services for mobility devices and deployed equipment (e.g., mobility scooters, lockers, strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, etc.).

Responsible for cash collection and deposits.

Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records.

Troubleshoots and cleans equipment; makes recommendations.

Completes parts orders as needed and prepares equipment, tools, and materials for service work.

Interprets manuals as required and follows company policies/procedures.

Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays

Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Travel may be required
