Civil Engineering - Assistant Project Manager (\$5,000 Sign-On Bonus) role at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA. This position involves working with project teams to create civil engineering site development designs, develop permitting and construction plans, and prepare municipal zoning and land development applications for commercial, industrial, institutional, and energy clients. Responsibilities
Design site layouts, site grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, stormwater management facilities, and site utilities. Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials throughout the project lifecycle—from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and project closeout. Collaborate with Project Managers and Principals in the civil/site practice to plan and execute projects, communicate with clients, develop new client opportunities, and advance career growth. Coordinate with other practices (geotechnical, environmental, ecological, and others) to address project-specific needs. Mentor junior staff on technical items and participate in industry organization and client meetings. Benefits and Work Environment

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of professional engineering experience. EIT certification or P.E. license preferred.
