Description We are looking for a committed, capable individual to become the Shipping Coordinator at SnapLock Industries!

The Shipping Coordinator will determine the most efficient and economical way to ship each order. They will determine the correct method of shipment, create required shipping documentation and any other required stickers required for shipment.

Once bookings are completed, it is expected to accurately fulfill all shipments daily in either the SnapLock or SnapSports warehouse. To fulfill shipments, it will be expected that the Warehouse Associate pick product, prepare product for shipment, and complete paperwork according to Company standards.

Requirements Your Day to Day

Use and learn current and future TMS platforms for the booking of LTL shipments

Coordinate freight bookings, freight quoting based on shipment dimensions

Create Bill of Ladings and FedEx labels

Work with team members to ensure all shipments are completed and delivered to correct locations.

Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments, make sure orders are complete and accurate.

Print and apply labels

Prepare pallets for shipment. Ex: wrapping, banding, and staging.

Receive any incoming deliveries accurately.

Move product to specified warehouse(s) safely and accurately.

Ensure all packaged products have shipped for the day

Process all paperwork needed for domestic and international orders. Ex: bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork etc.

Forward all shipping documents to appropriate personnel

Assist with cycle counting weekly

Monitor and communicate inventory levels

Have good working relationships with other departments in Company.

Ability to follow both written and verbal directions

Operate a pallet jack

Work overtime as needed

What We Would Love About You

High school diploma

Read and write English proficiently preferred

Warehouse/Shipping experience preferred

Forklift operation experience preferred

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic computer administration skills

Dependable and reliable work ethic

Ability to successfully multi‑task

Detail oriented

Team mentality

Able to kneel, bend and stoop while working

Lift 50-70 pounds
