Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Management Business Analyst to play a key role in enhancing and optimizing enterprise-level identity governance processes. This position will focus on analyzing, designing, and improving identity lifecycle management workflows, with a strong emphasis on user provisioning, automation, and governance. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on identity management professional who thrives in complex environments, collaborates effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and drives process efficiency and compliance through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the identity and access management (IAM) lifecycle, including user provisioning, application onboarding, and access reviews.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.

Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to streamline provisioning workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify bottlenecks and develop data‑driven recommendations for improvement.

Provide detailed reporting and metrics to leadership using tools such as Power BI.

Support automation initiatives through scripting and workflow tools (e.g., PowerShell, PEGA).

Work closely with stakeholders at all levels—including executives—to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure alignment with IAM best practices.

Required Skills & Education

10+ years of experience in Identity Management or related domains.

Strong understanding of user provisioning lifecycles and application provisioning processes.

Hands‑on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.

Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Exceptional analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RBAC (Role‑Based Access Control) design and implementation.

Automation and scripting expertise using PowerShell, PEGA, or similar tools.

Working knowledge of Mainframe/RACF, DB2, and Active Directory/LDAP environments.

Familiarity with Remote Access Management solutions (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).

Experience generating reports and metrics using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Exposure to ServiceNow or comparable ticketing and workflow management systems.
