Pay $25.00 - $30.00 / hour Employment type Full-Time Overview
Advanced level position performing physical and remote audits of insured’s business. Interviews, investigates, collects, and records information to be used in a written report provided to the insurance carrier. Responsibilities
Performs audit activities as assigned by the Area and/or Regional Manager. Audit priorities and scheduling to meet deadlines; prepare appointment letters; review related business records in detail; and prepare written reports of findings. Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results and implement required actions. Transmit completed reports to Quality Review by the required due date. Travel to various sites as needed to perform audits. Correct and complete audits previously returned for correction and transmit back to Quality Review in a timely manner according to Auditor expectations and SOP. Non-Essential Duties
Maintain accurate audit and business records related to audits, expense reports, time reporting, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time and perform responsibilities with little supervision. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. Ability to utilize resources to complete assigned projects successfully. Knowledge of computer applications to document and record audit findings. Familiarity with the importance of audit functions. Qualifications
3+ years’ experience performing remote/field Premium Insurance Audits required for this Elite Premium Auditor role. Territory
Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas. Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate range with potential quarterly production bonuses; total compensation includes base rate plus quarterly bonuses. Hourly base rate range is dependent upon job-specific experience and location. Production bonus incentive goals are reviewed and paid quarterly. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and 401k; 17 days paid vacation, 10 paid holidays; tuition reimbursement; laptop and equipment provided. Additional Details
