Senior Associate, DashMart - Growth Strategy & Operations at DoorDash. This role is part of the DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations team within DoorDash's New Verticals organization, focusing on DashMart, the grocery and convenience delivery offering. The DashMart Growth S&O team owns initiatives to grow DashMart customer volume, focusing on new customer use cases, optimizing storefronts, and executing go-to-market strategies for key customer moments. About The Role

The DashMart Shopping Experience and Growth Senior Associate will own the ideation and execution of personalized growth and go-to-market campaigns for DashMart. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and category management, to bring strategic initiatives to life, and dive deep into data to understand consumer behavior, measure impact, and identify opportunities to improve personalization and the DashMart shopping experience. You will report into a Manager on the DashMart Strategy & Operations teams. We operate in a hybrid model, so we spend some time in person together and some time working remotely. Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business. You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details. Strategize. From first principles, you’ll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers. Experiment. You’ll transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes, informing your larger initiative implementation plans. Analyze. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data. Lead and collaborate. You’ll work with a cross-functional team, including product, engineering, category management, and operations, and lead your own pod to build this new line of business for DoorDash. You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You have 2-4+ years experience. You’ve succeeded in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience). Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position in the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $78,200—$115,000 USD. Base salary is localized according to work location. In addition to base salary, there are opportunities for equity grants.
